Why Anchor House?
furnished apartment
Every studio apartment is fully furnished with a bed, table and chairs, dresser and television that you may take when you are ready to transition out of Anchor House after a year or more of residence. The kitchen has a sink, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. There’s a 3/4 bath and two large closets.
FINANCIAL assistance
Financial assistance may be available to assist tenants who run into unexpected emergencies or need assistance with education or other financial obligations. Contact us to learn more.

There is easy access to RTD transportation, shopping, and healthcare.

You’ll meet other youth with similar experiences, as well as additional supportive adults. We can’t wait to celebrate birthdays and accomplishments with you.
on-site coaching
Anchor House will provide on-site access to coaching and support designed to help you build skills and identify and achieve your goals - whether it’s learning how to budget, financial literacy or how to grow healthy relationships and develop social skills.

Anchor House works with Human Services agencies to provide employment and academic support services, self-care guidance and support, and assistance in or referrals to Medicaid, benefits enrollment, healthcare and mental health providers, and workforce development.
