Foundations are in

Foundations are in and backfill will be completed this week. The first structural inspection of basement and crawl space floor framing will also be done. We hope to have floor sheeting in the basement complete by November 14 and the rest of the main floor joists over the basement in by then as well. With any luck, walls on the first floor will start going up before Thanksgiving. Work will be slow for a bit around Thanksgiving and as we approach Christmas, but the plan is for framing on the first floor to continue in December, with the second floor starting in January.
